Wise High Amount Transfer Promotion Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Wise High Amount Transfer Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are a supplement to, and must be read together with your Customer Agreement which sets out the terms in relation to your use of Wise Services. This includes all provisions regarding disputes, governing law and any other related matters.

This Terms is a contract between you as an individual or your Business (“you” or “customer”) and Wise ("Wise," "we," "us") entity as set in your applicable Customer Agreement.

1. Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively for first-time Wise customers who:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Sign up for a personal or business Wise Account during the Promotion Sign-Up Period;
  • Are a business registered in or a resident of the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States of America within the territories listed here or the European Economic Area countries;
  • Have never completed currency conversion with Wise before either (i) as a part of Money Transfer; or (ii) using Wise Account to send money or convert money to a different currency (collectively “Transaction”) in an amount that is over 50,000 Great Britain Pound (GBP) or of equivalent value in any other currencies.

Important: Existing Wise customers are not eligible. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Wise offers.

2. The Promotion

The limited-time promotion provides a one-time flat fee of 0.15% on your Promotional Transfer during the promotion period (the “Promotion”) subject to the following:

  • Successfully complete your first over 60,000 Euro (EUR) transaction to a Qualifying Currency within 90 days after you signed up with Wise (“Promotional Transfer”).
  • The Promotional Transfer must be only from EUR to any of the following currencies (“Qualifying Currencies”): United States Dollar (USD), Great Britain Pound (GBP), United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), Australian Dollar (AUD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Canadian Dollar (CAD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Swedish Krone (SEK), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Danish Krone (DKK).
  • The Promotion will automatically apply to your first Promotional Transfer.
  • Transactions not exceeding the 60,000 EUR promotion minimum are not considered a Promotional Transfer and will have the standard fee applied.
  • This Promotion can only be used once.
  • This Promotion does not apply to scheduled transfers, batch payments, bill payments, auto conversion orders, or transfers that require Payment Approval.
  • This Promotion does not apply to any Promotional Transfer paid for with a debit or credit card.
  • This Promotion does not apply to currency conversion in regard to Promotional Transfer where Value Added Tax (VAT) is included.
  • This Promotion has no cash value and is non-transferable.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion consists of two distinct Promotion periods:

  • Promotion Sign-Up Period: The Promotion is open for new customer sign-ups from 10th of September 2025 at 14:00 UTC and ends on 6th of March 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC.

  • Individual Transaction Period: An eligible customer that signs up with Wise within the Promotion Sign-Up Period must complete their first successful Promotional Transfer within ninety (90) days of their sign-up date.

Promotional Transfer submitted after the Individual Transaction Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.

4. Important Conditions

  • Successfully Completed Promotional Transfer: A Promotional Transfer is considered "successfully completed" once the funds are deposited into your designated recipient's account or converted from one currency to another within your Wise Account. Promotional Transfers that are later declined or charged back are not considered successful. If the Promotional Transfer is not successful the eligibility of the Promotion will apply again up to 90 days from sign up with Wise.

  • Wise’s Discretionary Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of Wise’s rights or obligations under its Customer Agreement or applicable laws and regulations. Wise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, refuse, or limit any Promotional Transfer for any reason, including but not limited to, legal, security, or regulatory concerns. If a Promotional Transfer is refused or limited by Wise for any reason, it will not be considered a Promotional Transfer, and the customer will not be eligible for the Promotion.

  • Abuse and Disqualification: Wise reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole and absolute discretion, any eligible customer or Promotional Transfer that appears fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with these Terms or Customer Agreement. Any attempt to abuse this Promotion by using multiple identities or accounts will result in disqualification at our sole discretion.

  • Right to Modify or Cancel: Wise reserves the right to unilaterally amend, cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion and/or the Terms fully or partially at any time, with or without notice.

  • Your promises: You confirm to us that you:

(i) participate in the Promotion in good faith and for law purposes;

(ii) are not under the age of 18 by the date Promotion starts;

(iii) are eligible to take part in Promotions as set under these Terms;

(iv) are the person as named in your Wise Account and you take part in the Promotion solely for and on behalf of yourself and not directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for or on behalf of any other person or legal entity; and

(v) confirm that you have complied with all applicable laws, statue or regulations in connection with the Promotion, as well as with these Terms, and Wise will not infringe any laws as a result of your participation in this Promotion.

5. General Terms

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise, its directors, officers, and employees are not liable for any claims, losses, or damages related to your participation in this promotion.

  • Data Protection: Any personal data collected during this promotion will be processed in accordance with Wise’s Privacy Policy.
