匯款通常會在工作日、星期一至星期五以及正常工作時間內處理。如果這筆款項是在發送國家/地區的週末或公共假期匯出，便會在下一個工作日到賬。

如果我還未收到付款，該怎麼辦？
如果你在超過時限後仍未收到付款，你應該先與匯款人核實，以便他們查詢銀行，之後再聯絡我們。
如果你的款項仍未到賬，請按此步驟操作，並根據需要上載付款證明。
為什麼接收國際Swift的匯款需時更長？
因為Swift付款通常需要經過多間銀行，因此有機會需要最多5個工作日才能匯至你的Wise帳戶。請至少等待5個工作日後再聯絡我們。
